Water Systems & Pump Service Ltd. is happy to accept items for return (excluding parts or electronics) within 15 days of the purchase date and to refund the purchase price for any new goods purchased from our company when the following provisions are met:
1. For 100% credit, the item must be returned in the original factory sealed box.
2. If the box has been opened, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. If the box has been opened, all items must be in resalable (new) condition upon return. All components of the equipment being returned, packing materials, boxes, plastic bags, warranty cards, users manuals, and miscellaneous enclosures must be returned with goods being returned.
3. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
4. Special Order items (as stated at the time of ordering) will not be accepted for return.
5. Used Equipment will not be accepted for return.
6. Defective goods will be replaced or repaired but not refunded.
7. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase, or by company check if the item was paid for with a check, money order or cash.
8. ALL PARTS FOR XYLEM GOULDS WATER TECNHOLOGY OR ANY PARTS MANUFACTURED BY XYLEM GOULDS WATER TECHNOLOGY OR ELECTRONICS FOR INSIDE CONTROLLERS CANNOT BE RETURNED, if you have any questions please call 253-939-5859 ask for Matt.
